This is a new, start-up brokerage business with B2B and B2C divisions. The broker has personnel globally, with key executives based in Dubai and London. What is the job?  The company is looking to hire a B2B Marketing Manager who can grow the company’s brand and develop partnerships in emerging markets. This is an

exciting

opportunity for anyone with a good level of marketing experience in the forex / CFD / online trading industry, who wants to work in a ‘start up’ environment and help play a major role in launching and growing a new business.

You will play a key role in expanding the broker’s new offering in emerging markets, as well as helping to target other firms for its B2B offering. The firm is looking for someone that can:

Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that targets brokers, influencers, affiliates, and introducing brokers. Lead the launch and branding of a new website, ensuring it effectively communicates our unique selling propositions and aligns with our strategic goals. Create and manage high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate in emerging markets and with our target partners. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with the overall business objectives.

Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. Manage a healthy marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives. Comfortable working with 3rd parties to help deliver marketing initiatives ranging from creative and copy to website integrations and automations. Regularly report on marketing campaign performance and strategic adjustments to

senior management

.  What experience do you need?

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the online trading industry, particularly on building partnerships with IBs and affiliates in emerging markets. Experience launching websites and new brands. The ability to speak one or more of the languages that are prevalent in the regions the broker is targeting will be considered a major plus.  Seniority level Entry level
