Job Summary
Ensures administration and maintenance of bank-owned properties managed by the Asset Management and Remedial Group (AMRG) nationwide
Assists the Bank-Owned and Warehouse Management (BOWM) Section Head in coming up with recommendations on processes and procedures in maintaining the bank-owned properties of the bank
How will you contribute?
Assists the BOWM Head in the administration and maintenance of Bank-Owned properties managed by the AMRG located nationwide
Maintains and updates database of Bank-Owned properties managed by AMRG in terms of expense management, FFE inventory, etc.
What will make you successful?
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business-related degree
Knowledge in property management, architecture, engineering, and ROPA operations
Experience in banking, real estate, and property management operations
