This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the community. As a Serving Specialist, you will guide homeowners through the storm restoration process, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and care.
Summary:
Lead Generation: Actively identify and nurture leads using cutting-edge tools and strategic door-to-door outreach.
Inspection & Contracting: Conduct comprehensive roof inspections, assist with insurance processes, and secure contracts to support our clients.
Customer Advocacy: Provide superior service that builds trust and guides homeowners confidently through home restoration.

Who We’re Looking For: Candidates with a background in ministry, athletics, military service, or customer-focused industries who are articulate, highly motivated, and detail-oriented will excel in this role. Experience in sales and customer service is preferred, and a willingness and ability to climb and inspect roofs is required.
