We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist / Manager to lead all aspects of our online business strategy. This role requires an individual who is experienced in digital sales, marketing, advertising, marketplace management, analytics, and strategic growth planning. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can wear multiple hats, and works effectively within a collaborative leadership team.
This is an onsite position in Anaheim, CA, requiring direct involvement in e-commerce operations, business development, and digital strategy execution. The role presents a significant opportunity to join an AI-driven startup at the ground floor, with potential for career growth as the company scales.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Strategy & Sales Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that drives revenue growth across DTC, B2B, and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).
Own Amazon Seller Central management, including product listings, pricing strategy, promotions, PPC advertising, and compliance.
Oversee and manage Shopify storefront and ensure optimal user experience, site performance, and conversion rate optimization.
Track, analyze, and optimize sales funnels and conversion pathways through A/B testing and data analysis.
Identify growth opportunities in new marketplaces, affiliate programs, and potential partnerships.
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Develop, execute, and refine performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon PPC, and other digital channels.
Implement SEO best practices, keyword targeting, and landing page optimization to improve organic visibility and engagement.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention, nurture leads, and drive sales.
Leverage AI-driven customer insights and analytics tools to improve personalization and targeting strategies.
Customer Experience & Brand Development
Monitor and enhance customer engagement, product reviews, and feedback loops to ensure high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Develop and maintain a cohesive online brand presence across marketplaces, social media, and direct sales channels.
Collaborate with product development teams to align e-commerce strategies with new product launches and market demand.
Operations & Fulfillment Coordination
Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Work with logistics and suppliers to streamline inventory management and distribution planning.
Develop automated reporting dashboards to track inventory, sales trends, and campaign performance.
Strategic Planning & Leadership in a Startup Environment
Report directly to the President & CEO, providing regular performance reports and data-driven insights.
Participate in high-level business strategy discussions, contributing ideas on expansion, automation, and AI integration.
Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing workflows.
Foster a collaborative work environment, working closely with leadership and team members to ensure alignment on company goals.
Qualifications & Experience
3-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online sales.
Proven track record of success in scaling e-commerce operations and improving revenue performance.
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, HubSpot, and digital marketing platforms.
Expertise in SEO, PPC advertising, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and data visualization tools.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and leadership skills, comfortable with group decision-making and strategic planning.
A passion for AI-driven solutions and willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Compensation & Growth Plan
Starting salary: $55,000 for a 3-month trial period, with a performance-based review.
Salary reassessment at 3 months, based on contributions, revenue impact, and strategic execution.
A final compensation review at 6 months to determine long-term salary adjustments and expanded role responsibilities.
Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the company expands.
