Marketing Coordinator: In-Person | Sullivan, IL

About the Role:
Conxxus Fiber Internet is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our in-person team in Sullivan, IL. This role focuses on competitor research, marketing performance reporting, and budget tracking—all critical in helping us stay ahead in a fast-moving market.
You’ll work closely with both marketing and operations teams to turn data into actionable insights that support decision-making at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Create and maintain marketing performance reports with clear KPIs and ROI insights.
Track and analyze marketing budgets to ensure accuracy and optimize spend.
Present findings and recommendations to the Operations Manager and key stakeholders.
Use HubSpot for campaign tracking, funnel performance, and CRM insights.
Coordinate with finance and operations using NetSuite for data alignment.
Build visual dashboards and reporting materials using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data/reporting role
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and proficiency in PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail
Experience conducting competitor analysis and interpreting data into business strategies
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with HubSpot and/or NetSuite preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
