We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth through effective e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and a solid understanding of retail operations.
Duties
Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.
Utilize cash handling skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance online visibility and drive sales.
Analyze sales data and retail math to identify trends, optimize product offerings, and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve performance.
Assist in training new staff on e-commerce processes and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or e-commerce environments is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers and team members.
Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
Basic math skills are essential for managing transactions and analyzing sales data.
Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
