Bilingual Homecare Marketer (English & Spanish) Jobs in Houston, TX at Prime Time Home Care
We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual individual to join our marketing team as a Homecare Marketer.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is a must.
In-depth knowledge of current homecare regulations and practices.
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare is preferred (non-skilled marketers are welcome to apply too).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of family caregivers.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and basic office tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Patient Quotas: Ensure homecare patient targets are consistently met.
Open New Accounts: Actively identify and onboard new clients and referral sources, such as hospitals, adult daycares, and community organizations.
Nurture Existing Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with current accounts to ensure continued business growth and client satisfaction.
Collect Documentation: Assist with gathering necessary paperwork from patients and families to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Family and Patient Communication: Serve as a liaison, providing updates to families and patients about their care plans and account statuses.
CRM Management: Keep client and account information up to date in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and streamlined workflows.
Community Engagement: Participate in community events, seminars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
