We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple channels. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, e-commerce initiatives, and marketing automation.
Manage print advertising campaigns to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials that support sales objectives.
Lead product management efforts by coordinating with product development teams to ensure market readiness.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling marketing collateral and visual content.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
Foster a creative environment that encourages innovative thinking within the marketing team.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to integrate them into marketing strategies.
Proficiency in HTML for email campaigns and website management is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce platforms and driving online sales growth.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools for efficient campaign management.
Expertise in SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and traffic generation.
Experience in print advertising strategies that complement digital efforts.
Strong research skills for market analysis and consumer insights gathering.
Background in product management is advantageous for aligning marketing efforts with product launches.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
