Join one of the Middle East’s largest financial services institutions as anActivations Team Leader. The purpose of this role is to lead and execute impactful on-ground activations and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy. This role requires a dynamic leader who can build strong relationships with key locations, vendors, and agencies while managing a team of Activation Officers.
As anActivations Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and supervising high-quality activations, driving customer engagement, and enhancing brand presence through strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Partnerships, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
An added advantage would be experience in digital payments, fintech, or financial services, as well as a background in managing large-scale activations and events.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with key locations, venues, and sponsors to drive successful activations and long-term collaborations.
Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with business goals to enhance brand impact.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Activation Officers to generate leads and foster strong relationships with potential partners and customers.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with brand vision and customer engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and procurement teams, to negotiate favorable contractual terms.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine activation strategies.
Ensure high-quality event execution, logistics, and branding for all activations, focusing on customer experience and brand presence.
Track and report on event performance, sponsorship success, customer feedback, and return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in event management, activations, or a similar role.
Overall 5-8 years of experience in the Marketing field.
Bilingual (English & Arabic) communication skills are preferred.
