Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Data Collection: Conduct in-depth research and gather data to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.
Product Demonstrations: Execute engaging product demos to highlight the features and benefits of our products, effectively communicating the value to potential customers.
Sales & Customer Engagement: Drive sales by effectively conveying the value of our products to potential customers and building meaningful connections through direct interactions.
Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and engage with our online community through social media platforms, creating relevant and engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our brand.
Public Speaking & Presentations: Represent the brand with confidence at events, workshops, or promotional activities, delivering impactful presentations to raise brand awareness and foster customer trust.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that challenge misconceptions, enhance brand perception, and increase market visibility.
Community Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key community stakeholders to promote brand loyalty and foster positive word-of-mouth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Market Research: Strong abilities to analyze market data and trends to inform brand strategy and product positioning.
Product Demonstrations: Proficient in delivering engaging, informative, and persuasive product demonstrations that drive interest and conversions.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while creating a positive customer experience.
Bilingual Proficiency (Optional): Fluency in additional languages is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse audiences.
Social Media Management: Experienced in using social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with followers, and create compelling content.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences.
Public Speaking & Presentations: Confident public speaking skills with the ability to represent the brand effectively at events and promotional activities.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, ensuring every interaction with customers is positive and memorable.
