Google Ads Specialist (Search PPC, B2C Lead Generation)
We are seeking a Search PPC Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize B2C lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating high-performing Search PPC campaigns, with a focus on achieving low CPLs (cost-per-lead) while maintaining the quality of leads. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage Search PPC campaigns to drive lead generation.
Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and keyword targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Create and test ad copy, extensions, and creative elements to boost engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) to make data-driven optimizations.
Maintain effective budget management to maximize ROI while achieving lead generation goals.
Set up and manage accurate conversion tracking for reliable performance measurement.
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date on Google Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Experience Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns.
Proven track record of running successful B2C lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $5,000+ effectively.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Google Ads Manager for campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
Strong ad copywriting skills to create compelling, high-performing campaigns.
Expertise in landing page optimization and A/B testing to enhance conversions.
Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking tools and techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement optimizations effectively.
Solid understanding of retargeting and remarketing strategies.
Industry Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of B2C lead generation strategies across industries like Custom Home Builders, Roofers, General Contractors, and Architects.
Familiarity with sales funnels, lead nurturing processes, and CRM integrations.
Tools & Software Expertise:
Google Ads Manager: Advanced campaign management and optimization.
Go High Level: Proficiency in setting up workflows and tracking campaign performance.
Google Analytics: For tracking performance and attribution analysis.
Collaboration Tools: Experience with platforms like Slack, Asana, or Trello.
Work Schedule & Availability:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
Holidays: Weekends and Federal holidays off.
