Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow agents in the Tampa Bay Area
Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Provide coaching and training to team members to maximize performance.
Maintain and enhance a strong team culture focused on collaboration and success.
Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Active Real Estate License in Florida
Proven leadership experience managing a successful real estate team.
Strong negotiation, marketing, and sales skills.
A passion for mentorship, coaching, and recruiting.
Ability to work collaboratively within a brokerage environment.
