Summary
As a Brand Ambassador at Advantage Solutions, you will be the face of our clients’ brands, engaging directly with consumers to promote products and enhance brand visibility. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through effective communication and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers at events to promote products and create brand awareness.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
Utilize public speaking skills to communicate brand messages clearly and confidently.
Gather market insights and consumer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute successful promotional events.
Manage social media interactions related to events and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or brand ambassador roles.
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience in conducting product demonstrations effectively.

Basic knowledge of market research techniques is a plus.
Proficient in social media management for promotional purposes.
