We’re Hiring: Manager/Communications Lead

Ink-Link, a marketing agency specializing in helping tattoo shops grow, is looking for a Manager/Communications Lead to oversee client interactions and ensure our team delivers top-tier results.

Remote | Full-Time

Starting Pay: ZAR 30,000 – ZAR 34,000 ($1,600-$1,800 USD) per month

Your Role

As our Manager/Communications Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

✅ Client Communication – Managing emails, calls, and Zoom meetings with clients

✅ Onboarding New Clients – Ensuring a smooth experience from the start

✅ Team Management – Leading and supporting a small team of two who handle client work fulfillment

✅ Performance Oversight – Checking and ensuring weekly KPIs are met

✅ Meetings & Coordination – Regular check-ins with your team to keep work on track

✅ Quality Control – Making sure deliverables meet our high standards and are completed on time

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of management experience

3+ years of client communication experience (email, phone, and video calls)

Bonus: Experience with Meta and/or Google Ads is a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate

Pay & Benefits

Starting Salary: ZAR 30,000 – ZAR 34,000 ($1,600-$1,800 USD) per month for the first six months, with raises afterward
