Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our services to a diverse range of clients. You will leverage your expertise in healthcare services and account management to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships. Your ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a health services marketing context.
Strong calling skills with a track record of successful lead generation.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deal
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
Utilize appropriate tools for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our healthcare solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Proficient in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decisions.
Experience using Zoho or similar CRM platforms for account management.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Background in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
Proven track record in direct sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a health services context.

Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience using Zoho or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities is beneficial.
