Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Execution: Support the development and implementation of brand communication strategies that reinforce Maxis Business’s market presence.
Brand Awareness & Recognition: Execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and market leadership.
Content & Narrative Development: Create impactful brand messaging and compelling narratives that highlight Maxis Business’s value proposition to customers.
Marketing Asset Development: Work with internal teams and agencies to develop marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Contribute to lead generation initiatives by supporting targeted, data-driven communication strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Enterprise Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness and generate business leads.
Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign performance through KPIs and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or corporate communications, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or B2B sector.
Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing strategies and digital communication trends.
Proven experience in content development, storytelling, and brand messaging for business audiences.
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple campaigns efficiently.
