The Brand andCommunicationperson will be responsible for developing and executing strategic branding andcommunicationinitiatives that strengthen the organization’s market position, build brand equity, and drive engagement with target audiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across allcommunicationchannels and touchpoints.
Lead initiativesto define and refine the brand identity, ensuring it resonates with key stakeholders.
Conduct regular brand audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to achieve business objectives.
Oversee the development of creative assets, including ad campaigns, brochures, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution andoptimization.
CorporateCommunication:
Develop and implement external and internalcommunicationstrategies to build a strong brand narrative.
Draft press releases, speeches, and key messaging forleadershipand media engagements.
Manage relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Digital and Social Media Management:
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.
Monitor social media platforms, manage online reputation, and engage with the online community.
Leverage analytics to track campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
TeamLeadershipand
Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing andcommunicationprofessionals.
Fostercollaborationacross departments, including sales, product, and HR, to aligncommunicationstrategies.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality outputs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Developcommunicationstrategies to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
Ensure that all stakeholder touchpoints reflect the brand’s values and promise.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
10-12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, andcommunicationroles, with at least 3-5 years in aleadershipposition.
Proven track recordof building and managing successful brand campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot), and social media management tools.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market trends.
Experience in Supply chain industry is mandatory.
