We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in marketing. This is an entry level position which starts as part-time (20 hours per week), eventually transitioning into full-time. Initial weeks will be training period. Work is Hybrid, must be able to commute to office one day per week and also attend in person client meetings.
Summary of Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with Team
– Assist Account Managers and Account Coordinators with various projects
– Coordinate the scheduling of client and agency tasks
– Various marketing tasks including, preparing reports, email marketing, market research, minor website updates in WordPress, Photoshop tasks, etc.
– Attending online and in person meetings
– Interface with clients
-Various other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Marketing Internship experience a plus
– Dependable, organized with good time management skills
– Strong communication skills
– Attention to Detail
– Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Docs
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– Experience with Adobe photoshop, Canva, email marketing platforms, WordPress, a plus
PTO and Holiday benefits are offered to part-time employees. Full-time employees are offered PTO, Holiday pay, medical insurance reimbursement.
