JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in executing campaigns for one of Miles’ core clients, overseeing communication between account managers, clients and client’s vendors. Ideal candidates will have prior experience managing timelines and workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of media campaigns across multiple vendors. This position requires a collaborative, analytical professional who is detail-oriented and solution-focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute projects with a thorough understanding of the program’s goals, objectives, KPIs, deliverables, critical timelines, and reporting requirements, ensuring clear and effective communication of these details across teams.
Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are approved and completed on schedule.
Manage and track hours against budgets to ensure alignment with project scopes, while identifying and implementing opportunities for increased efficiency to streamline processes and enhance overall project performance.
Work with clients to gain a clear understanding of media vendors’ creative, technical, and delivery requirements, and communicate requirements to cross-functional teams in a timely manner.
Ensure creative assets (e.g., images, copy, videos) meet vendors’ specifications and submit deliverables to vendors in sufficient advance of campaign launch.
Maintain records and statuses in sales and project management systems (e.g. Salesforce and Wrike)

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience in an office environment preferred; 1+ years’ remote work experience a plus.
2+ years of agency experience.
1+ years of experience managing or overseeing digital campaign execution from planning phase to post-campaign evaluation.
Demonstrated understanding of digital campaign performance tracking and metrics.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Highly skilled and 1+ years of experience with the following: Wrike, Salesforce, Google Suite, or similar project management systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional office environment, managing multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Travel/tourism industry experience a plus.

LOCATION:

We are open to a remote candidate located anywhere in the US or an in-office candidate based in our Sarasota, FL/Lakewood, CO office. #LI-Remote

COMPENSATION: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE
