Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Director, Prestige &Advocacy, you will be responsible for leading efforts to buildadvocacyfor the Scotch & Irish Brand Portfolio, both internally and externally. Working withcross-functional teams, you will build programs, assets and initiatives that educate and inspire target audiences about our Scotch and Irish brands. In addition, you’ll act as a key point of contact for localadvocacyresources around the world, ensuring they are armed with the knowledge and support they need to buildadvocacyat a local level.
Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive brandadvocacystrategy aligned with the Scotch and Irish brand house objectives and values.
Education and Training:Develop educational programs and training materials for internal teams, trade partners, and consumers to deepen understanding andappreciationof the Scotch and Irish category and our brands.
Coaching and Influence:Provide coaching and support to the S&I GlobalBrand Ambassadorand the broader team of Scotch and Irish brand ambassadors and Key City Leads.
Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the S&I brand house and Prestige Key City leads.
Category and Brand
Education:Execute a meaningfuleducationand engagement plan to ensure the S&I brand house and broader SGS business can sell Scotch with confidence.
Trade and Media Representative:Curate relationships with global media, including influencers and media outlets.
Content Development:Collaborate with global marketing teams to create compelling product and brand content.
Budget Management:Manage the brandadvocacybudget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximize ROI.
