Position Overview: Florida Coast Equipment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Event Coordinator to support our Marketing department in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and event sponsorships. This role will involve coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event delivery.
Key responsibilities:
· -Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and event sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement
· -Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling staff, equipment displays, transportation and bookings.
· -Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement
· -Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming events & marketing initiatives
· -Support Marketing Director in various projects and tasks as needed.
· -Ordering and Stocking Merchandise for events and employees
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
· Proven experience in event coordination, marketing or a similar role
· Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to travel and work occasionally on weekends for events.
· Must be able to lift 25lbs.
