As aGeneral Manager – Brand Marketing,you will be the custodian of Cleartrip’s brand identity, strategy, andcommunication. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, aligning product value propositions with customer needs, and amplifying Cleartrip’s voice in a competitive marketplace. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativeleadership, anddata-driven decision-makingto ensure the brand resonates with our audience and drives growth.
You will report to the Director of Marketing and will be leading a team of brand managers, media managers, and the social media team at Cleartrip.
Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Develop and execute a robust brand strategy aligned with Cleartrip’s business objectives.
Strengthen the brand’s positioning to differentiate Cleartrip in a competitive OTA landscape.
Define and evolve the brand voice and identity across all touchpoints.
Product CVPs & CustomerAdvocacy:
Collaborate closely with product and customer experience teams to sharpen product customer value propositions (CVPs).
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs and expectations inform product development and marketing strategies.
Media:
Plan and execute high-impact media campaigns, focusing on driving efficiencies and ROI.
Leverage insights, data, and analytics to optimize campaign performance across platforms.
Manage relationships with media agencies and partners to deliver effective andinnovativecampaigns.
Social Media & Content Charter:
Build and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Cleartrip’s social media channels.
Create engaging, on-brand content that drives awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Stay ahead of social media trends to keep Cleartrip’s content fresh and relevant.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent messaging.
Partner with external stakeholders such as creative agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify the brand.
Performance Measurement:
Define and track KPIs for brand health, campaign success, and social media engagement.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensurecontinuous improvement.
To succeed in this role – you should have the following
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from top institutes.
8-12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, technology, or consumer-focused industries.
Proven track recordin building and executing brand strategies and media campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Exceptionalanalytical skillswith a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and customer trends.
Excellentcommunication,leadership, andcollaborationskills.
