Brief Overview Product Launch:

Play a critical role in the launch of a product in a new indication. Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies and brand plans to support the product launch. Campaign Development:

Build and support the creation of

innovative

and effective campaigns and initiatives. Aim to build

advocacy

, grow sales, and increase market share in the UK and Ireland. Performance Tracking:

Track relevant KPIs and metrics to inform marketing activities. Review and adjust brand tactics per cycle based on key internal and external dynamics. Material Development:

Develop competitive and

impactful

materials for field use to advance our brand strategy. Work collaboratively to develop product promotional materials, seeking cross-functional input to maximise the impact of materials. Key Skills & Experience 3-4 years brand management experience (either in-house or in a suitable agency role) Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
