Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead our brand development and oversee a
dynamic
team of 4 designers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand growth,
innovative
marketing strategies, and fostering effective partnerships with external agencies. You will be responsible for building and executing brand plans that enhance the visibility, reputation, and overall market presence of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development :
Develop and implement strategic brand plans to drive brand
recognition
, market share, and consumer loyalty.
Team Leadership
:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 4 creative professionals (designers) to ensure the consistent delivery of brand assets and
creative solutions
.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
:
Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on strategic objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Agency Management :
Liaise with external marketing, creative, and media agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
Creative Direction :
Oversee the development of creative assets including advertising campaigns, digital content, packaging design, and promotional materials, ensuring they align with the brand’s vision.
Brand
Communication
:
Act as the brand’s ambassador both internally and externally, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all communications and marketing touchpoints.
Market Research & Consumer Insights :
Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors to refine the brand’s positioning and identify growth opportunities.
Budget Management
:
Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment for brand campaigns and initiatives.
Brand Health Monitoring :
Track brand performance metrics, consumer engagement, and brand health through data analysis and provide actionable insights to
senior leadership
.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the consumer goods or automotive sector.
Proven experience leading and managing
cross-functional teams
, including designers and external partners.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and market analysis.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop
innovative
marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent
communication
,
project management
, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and brand management tools; experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong
analytical skills
with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
