We are seeking a top-talentBrand Managerwith experience in thesports and hospitality sectorsto join our global multi-brand team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of launching Sports Illustrated Resorts — building an unparalleledhospitality experienceas an extension of the iconic Sports Illustrated brand. You will be a critical driver in bringing the legacy of the iconic 70-year-old brand to life through vacation ownership, hotel, and residential experiences in sports destinations across the country.

This role will be focused on enhancing the brand’s impact, resonance, and performance in the market.

How You’ll Shine

Develop, support, and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals, vision and objectives.

Build annual brand marketing plans and deploy the brand strategically for immediate business growth and long-termsustainability.

Leverage research and consumer insights to identify market trends and understand customer preferences to ensure enable the brand resonates with target audiences.

Manage the development of building adynamicbrand foundation and go-to market tools that set the brand up for successful implementation into the market.

Develop positive relationships and collaborate closely with Sports Illustrated Resorts leaders andcross-functional teamsin creative, operations, marketing, communications, sales and other functions.

Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that promote the brand across both digital and traditional channels.

Lead the planning and execution of experiential campaigns and events that drivebrand awareness, lead generation, engagement and other business objectives.

Oversee the branding and execution of company-sponsored sports events, hospitality activations, VIP experiences, and fan-centric initiatives.

Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize brand visibility and engagement at events, tournaments, and high-profile hospitality experiences.

Facilitate creative needs, provide feedback, and ensure that deliverables meet assigned deadlines.

Ensure brand consistency, differentiation, and relevance in the market.

Understand brand guidelines and oversee their implementation.

Demonstrate brand visual understanding and perspectives within imagery and video.

Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all touchpoints.

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health metrics.

Use data insights to optimize campaign efforts and refine brand foundations.

Provide actionable recommendations based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance analytics.

Travel Requirements

10-15% travel required. This could include, but not limited to, site visits, production shoots, marketing events, and continuingeducationopportunities.
