Brand Manager – Social Media & Digital Strategy

Job Overview  Tipple Works Co. is looking for a  Brand Manager  with expertise in  social media growth, content strategy, and digital marketing  to lead and scale our partner brands’ presence across  Instagram, You Tube, and other digital platforms . The ideal candidate will  drive brand narratives, manage influencer collaborations, and execute high-impact campaigns  to build brand visibility and engagement.

This role requires a mix of  strategic thinking, content creation, analytics, and trend-spotting skills  to craft compelling brand experiences. If you’re passionate about  alcohol, lifestyle, and hospitality marketing , we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Strategy   Develop and execute

innovative

social media strategies  to grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility, focusing on  Instagram, You Tube, and other relevant platforms .

Oversee content creation , curation, and execution across social media, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.

Plan and manage  social media calendars , ensuring timely and relevant content rollouts.

Lead storytelling efforts through compelling visual and written content, working with  designers, videographers, and copywriters .

Influencer & Community Management   Identify and collaborate with  influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors  to enhance brand reach and credibility.

Monitor, engage, and build  brand community  through interactive and meaningful engagement strategies.

Act as the  point of contact for influencer collaborations , negotiating partnerships and ensuring successful campaign execution.

Brand Growth & Performance Analytics   Track and analyze  key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, audience insights, etc.)  to optimize performance.

Use data-driven insights to  refine content strategy  and improve ROI on digital campaigns.

Develop detailed  monthly reports  summarizing performance, insights, and recommendations.

Campaign Management & Digital Initiatives    Lead digital marketing campaigns  from ideation to execution, ensuring they align with broader brand goals.

Work closely with  marketing, design, and sales teams  to create integrated campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

Stay ahead of  trends, platform updates, and industry developments  to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience  in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital brand management.

Proven track record

in growing and managing Instagram and You Tube channels.

Strong  writing, editing, and content development skills  (photo, video, text).

Hands-on experience

with  social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, You Tube Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) .

Ability to  multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a

fast-paced environment

.

Knowledge of  SEO, web analytics, and paid media  is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in  Marketing, Communications, or a related field  preferred.
