About the role
As our Brand Manager, you will take charge of crafting and executing innovative strategies that drive brand growth and recognition. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our brand resonates with our target audience and reflects our mission, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
Conduct market research to understand customer insights, trends, and competitive landscapes
Develop Brand Preposition, Brand DNA for our New Development Products
Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Willing to work in Surabaya
Min. 5+ years’ brand management or marketing experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good’s Industries (FMCG)
Strong strategic thinking with excellent project management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in brand management tools, digital marketing, and analytics platforms
Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
