What you will do…Develop insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning,

innovation

,

communication

and long-term category vision.

Develop holistic view of macro trends, category and competitive landscape to identify key

opportunities for growth

Lead business analytics (share, competitive, consumption drivers) to uncover insights and develop growth strategies

Monitor performance against business objectives and recommend course corrections as needed

Manage monthly consumption analysis and volume forecast.

Identify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan (AOP).Develop category

innovation

pipeline from concept development to in-market execution and

lead cross-functional teams

through stage gate and commercialization processes.

Partner with Integrated Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Agency partners to develop breakthrough marketing campaigns and retail support plans

Manage P&L and proactively look for opportunities to improve margins.
