The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, drive sales, and ensure consistent brand messaging across ODYSSIA’s footwear and backpack categories, including various sub-brands. The role involves product development

, market research, Agency and media team coordination, campaign execution, and retail strategy alignment to strengthen ODYSSIA’s market presence. Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Develop and implement brand strategies for footwear and backpacks, ensuring alignment with ODYSSIA’s overall vision. Define individual positioning for each sub-brand, ensuring clear differentiation in the market. Conduct competitive analysis to refine brand identity, pricing, and promotional strategies. Product & Market Development:

Work closely with product development and design teams to ensure product-market fit for new launches. Identify emerging market trends, customer preferences, and

innovation

opportunities to stay ahead in the industry. Plan seasonal collections, packaging, and branding updates for existing and new product lines. Marketing & Campaign Management :

Develop 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels to enhance brand visibility. Manage social media, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing efforts to engage the target audience. Oversee advertising, PR, and promotional materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. Sales & Distribution Support:

Work closely with sales teams and distributors to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Provide branding and

merchandising

guidance for retail outlets and dealer networks. Plan and execute trade marketing and in-store promotions to enhance footfall and sales conversion. Performance Tracking &

Budget Management

:

Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and customer insights to optimize marketing initiatives. Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spends. Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for future improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with product teams, design teams, supply chain, and sales teams to align branding efforts. Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors for campaign execution. Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and legal requirements in all brand communications. Internal Design Team Management:

Oversee and guide internal designers in the development of creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity. Collaborate with the design team for product packaging,

visual merchandising

, and campaign creatives. Provide clear creative briefs to designers, ensuring timely execution of marketing materials. Key

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in footwear, fashion, or consumer goods industries. Strong understanding of retail marketing, digital marketing, and product development. Excellent

analytical skills

to interpret sales and market data. Proficiency in branding, storytelling, and

strategies. Experience in

budget management

and ROI-driven marketing planning.
