Overview We are seeking an experienced and

results-driven

Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategies across our brand portfolios. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building

brand awareness

, and will work closely with

cross-functional teams

, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth, increase

brand awareness

, and enhance

customer engagement

.

Develop strong PR relations and focused strategy to enhance the brand equity.

Lead cross-functional teams

, including marketing, sales, and product development, to achieve business objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand strategies.

Develop and manage budgets to support brand initiatives.

Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and suppliers, to support brand initiatives.

Drive

innovation

and stay

up-to-date

with industry trends and best practices.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience in the field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field.

Proven track record

of success in driving business growth and building

brand awareness

.

Strong

leadership

and team management skills.

Excellent

communication

, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

Experience working with

cross-functional teams

, including marketing, sales, and product development.

Advantageous:

Regional experience in FMCG or beauty companies would be an added advantage.
