We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive patient engagement, and grow our clinic’s presence in the industry. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics marketing and is skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our regenerative medicine, aesthetic treatments, and wellness therapies.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
Create compelling content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and ads, to showcase treatments and success stories.
Plan and execute paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive lead generation.
Collaborate with the clinical team to highlight patient testimonials, before-and-after results, and new treatment offerings.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve ROI and patient acquisition.
Coordinate local marketing efforts, including events, influencer collaborations, and community outreach.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in healthcare marketing, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics setting.
Strong knowledge of social media management, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
Creative mindset with experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
