Our clients don’t pay bills with keyword rankings; they need actual customers calling for emergency services. You’ll need to build strategies that prioritize driving quality phone calls above all other metrics, using traditional SEO KPIs merely as stepping stones toward this ultimate goal.
Local Map Pack Domination: You understand that in the water damage restoration space, showing up in Google Maps is often the difference between business success and failure. When someone has water pouring through their ceiling at 2AM, they’re searching for immediate help nearby – not reading blog posts. Your strategies must prioritize local SEO mastery that puts our clients at the top of those crucial map results.
AI-Forward Approach: We’re looking for someone who embraces AI tools and technologies to accelerate results. You should be comfortable implementing and guiding the team on AI-powered keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, and reporting to deliver faster, more impactful outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading Our SEO Squad – Guide our launch and ongoing SEO specialists while collaborating with our content team
Call-Driven Strategy Development – Create SEO approaches that prioritize phone call generation above all other metrics
Call Tracking Implementation – Ensure proper attribution and tracking of calls from various search channels
Google Maps Optimization – Master local pack rankings through GBP optimization, citation building, review management, and local content strategies
CTA Optimization – Refine website elements to maximize call conversions from search traffic
AI Implementation – Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows and uncover new opportunities
Keyword Research Mastery – Focus on high commercial intent terms that drive emergency calls, not just informational searches
Technical Problem-Solving – Identify and fix technical SEO roadblocks with emphasis on mobile call functionality
Content Optimization – Ensure website content drives urgent action and phone calls
Link-Building Campaigns – Direct efforts to build authority in the restoration space with focus on local relevance
Performance Reporting – Track and communicate meaningful metrics that connect directly to call volume and quality
What You’ll Need:
Proven SEO Leadership – Experience managing SEO teams and strategies that deliver measurable call volume results
Call Tracking Experience – Familiarity with call tracking systems and attribution models
Local SEO Mastery – Deep understanding of Google Maps optimization, GBP management, and what it takes to win the local pack
AI Proficiency – Experience with AI tools for SEO and ability to stay ahead of this rapidly evolving technology
Current SEO Knowledge – Deep understanding of how search works today (not just what worked 3 years ago)
Technical Skills – Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical SEO fundamentals
Tool Proficiency – Experience with AHREFS, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Analytics, GBP Insights, and call tracking platforms
Strong Communication – Ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple terms to both team members and clients
Leadership Ability – Experience guiding remote teams to their best performance
Analytical Thinking – Ability to connect SEO activities directly to phone call outcomes
