Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $55 – 60 per hour
Join our Customer Engagement Media Strategy & Activation team, where we leverage data and technology to craft impactful customer experiences. This role focuses on driving consumer analytics, business intelligence, and audience strategy to optimize 1:1 marketing campaigns, enhancing targeting, messaging, and channel strategies with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and integrate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive audience insights and actionable recommendations.
Extract and curate data for dashboards and ad-hoc insight requests, supporting marketing performance analysis.
Provide tactical support for direct channel and paid media campaigns, including audience identification, sizing, and ensuring proper platform delivery.
Manage audience uploads and perform platform audits to ensure data accuracy and correct audience application.
Qualifications:
Experience working within a marketing team in a large, matrixed organization.
Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation tools (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel).
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and consumer insights.
Familiarity with paid media and direct channel activation platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, Adobe Campaign, LiveRamp, etc.).
Ability to synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
