As our ‘Brand Marketing Executive’ you will assist with the production and creative design of i.e., collateral, online branding, direct marketing materials, advertising, newsletters and exhibition displays. Besides this you will also be busy with copywriting, content creation and brand campaign management. Because you will work closely with the hotels, regional marketing, digital marketing and other support functions plus external suppliers such as design agencies, printers, photographers etc.Our dream Brand Marketing Executive:Strategy

Support on delivering our Brand Marketing strategy and develop and execute related brand activations.

Identify and recommend new ways and opportunities which will enhance our brands and drive revenue.

Brand guidance

Work cross functionally with our stakeholders such as eg. HR, Procurement, IT, Hotels, Marketing, Guest Experience, etc) to support them with:

Training and advise on our brand guidelines, brand insights, brand compliance on how to apply these to their initiatives

Providing the most relevant and efficient Masterbrand tools and templates to be ready at their fingertips.

Project management relationships

Manage, coordinate and execute brand and/or cross functional B2B and/or B2B projects whilst ensuring these are on budget, fit for purpose and deadlines are being met.

Working closely with our stakeholders to understand and anticipate their challenges and marketing requirements.

Establish and maintain good, efficient and creative working relationships with suppliers as well as Radisson Hotel Group.

Actively participate in Brand, Content, Marketing, Commercial and Operational meetings where required.

Brand asset creation

Coordinate, develop and deliver consistent, fit for purpose brand tools and assets and where necessary communicate these to relevant stakeholders using targeted channels.

Ensure company marketing platforms are supported and up to date with latest Masterbrand content and templates, including but not limited to Webshop, CompanyApp, TV systems, Digital Signage, Exclaimer, Youniverse, etc (training will be provided)

Maintain the Digital Asset (Image) Library and other brand repositories.

Audit, develop, maintain and manage our brand guidelines, toolkits and resources.

Development and execution of photo, video and 360 views including lifestyle and product shoots, planning and roll-out, and working closely on these with stakeholders such as regional marketing and hotel teams.

Key competencies and experience:

Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, manage project and personal time through project management tools and highly developed organisational skills. Developed interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise and be flexible.

You have at least an Bachelor degree (HBO+) and solid experience in a Brand Marketing / MarComms environment.

Fluent in English (in speech and in writing). Good verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role.
