Summary:
Greenhouse, the in-house creative agency at Huntington, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager. We’re the creative engine behind Huntington’s brand, producing everything from national advertising campaigns to local brand activations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Concept and ideate original creative concepts for marketing tactics and brand campaigns.
Develop creative assets, from concept through execution, that delivers on the creative brief.
Primarily focus on the consumer banking division, and acquiring new customers, but also contribute to a variety of creative projects across audiences and channels.
Lead creative concept presentations, articulate rationale behind creative choices, and collect and incorporate feedback
Steward a large, multifaceted, and well-articulated brand and assist with growing and further developing the brand voice, tone, and core messages.
Work independently and collaboratively with designers, videographers, animators, and writers within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
Responsible for analyzing the brand’s performance over time, via market research.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
8+ years’ experience with demonstrated growth and advancement
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of project management and office software
Experience working within both agile and waterfall environments a plus
A high creative bar, superb creative instincts, and the ability to quickly and consistently deliver work products
Impeccable time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with professionals of all levels
An understanding of emerging trends and best practices for digital and traditional marketing
Effective collaboration skills and the ability to thrive through change
Experience with creating, applying, and maintaining brands
