Brand Marketing Manager Jobs in Remote at QSC, LLC
As a Digital Adoption Strategist you will lead cross-functional stakeholder groups in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for digital product and service launches. You’ll work closely with business partners throughout Thrivent to support the implementation of digital product delivery, achieve key business objectives, and sustain an open and collaborative organizational culture. You’ll be a key member of the Digital (Client/Advisor) Experience team, helping drive team success by preparing the organization for new and changed digital offerings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a coalition of key partners responsible for planning, coordinating and executing go-to-market initiatives and activities for leaders and staff. Foster an open, sharing environment that enables great partnerships throughout the organization.
Work closely with product teams and help translate product model principles and timelines to operational teams.
Drive the planning and delivery of timely and relevant communication regarding new or changes to digital products, services, and features. Closely collaborate with communication and marketing teams for corporate, field and prospect/client audiences as necessary, helping develop and implement go-to-market plans for each area.
Understand strategic business issues and translate them into go-to-market leadership that enables the successful adoption of digital products and tools.
Develop product knowledge and translate technical information for business partners. Identify and include the correct business partners for the go-to-market efforts.
Recognize stakeholder impacts and manage risks through effective go-to-market tactics, communication strategies and collaboration, with the goal of aligning the organization to meet digital delivery timelines.
Create go-to-market plans, task lists and timelines and hold partners accountable to execution and delivery.
Monitor go-to-market effectiveness and iterate on processes and artifacts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in an implementation, product marketing, project management, go-to-market, operational leadership or other change-related role.
Strong influencing skills, including the ability to, through indirect leadership and persuasive communication, influence others to support shared goals and commit to action.
Demonstrated effective communication, facilitation, project management and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage through ambiguity and provide guidance and direction at multiple stakeholder levels.
Highly skilled in developing relationships, communicating tactfully, actively listening and engaging and consulting colleagues.
Able to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholder relationships, and business goals. Demonstrated ability to think and act quickly.
Technical aptitude with an understanding of digital-first principles.
Occasional travel in the United States.
Preferred:
Experience working in a product operating model.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and principles.
Previous financial services experience or other highly-regulated industry.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $112,481.00 – $152,180.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
