Job Description:

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute the marketing plan, ensuring

brand awareness

, visitor growth, and revenue targets. Oversee all creative executions across brand, trade, operations, F&B, Hotel, and in-park marketing, adhering to brand guidelines. Deliver all marketing collateral, materials, and assets to support international, local, and in-park campaigns. Develop and implement co-marketing promotions and partner marketing initiatives.

Lead ideation and creative brief for in-park events in close coordination with entertainment teams. Manage external creative and production agencies for digital and print advertising materials. Ensure consistent delivery of the LEGOLAND Dubai brand across F&B, Retail, Trade, Schools, Events, and Promotions. Collaborate with the Dubai Parks and Resort team for proper brand representation. Maintain and update onsite and digital communications, including website content and CRM in coordination with in-park team and digital team.

Drive

approaches to enhance guest experiences and

customer engagement

across all touchpoints. Facilitate cross-department

collaboration

with digital, sales, PR, social media, and loyalty teams. Manage budgets, track expenditures, and consolidate reports. Build strong relationships with LEGO group contacts for approvals and brand alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferred Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business. 5+ years in brand marketing, preferably in theme parks, entertainment, or hospitality. Experience managing IPs or licensed brands and agency collaborations. Strong

project management

, budget tracking, and creative development skills. Proven success in promotions,

collaborative

marketing, and

strategic planning

. Excellent written and verbal English;

Arabic proficiency is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, print management, and marketing trends. Ability to deliver creative ideas that align with commercial objectives.  Health & Safety:  Responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their department, in line with the Group Policy (HS001).
