About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team at upGrad. If you have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, understand the nuances of various aspects of marketing and can independently manage campaigns, cross-functional coordination and want to do something which is impactful and exciting – we’d love to hear from you!
This is a mid-level role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone who understands the bigger picture of marketing but can also dive deep into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute marketing operations including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, performance, product, sales) to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives.
Scouting for vendors/brands for various campaigns and manage the end to end process
Analyze data, track KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Assist in content strategy, asset creation, and channel management (email, social media, paid ads, etc.)
Support GTM (go-to-market) strategies for product/feature launches.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
