Overview:The Collaborations, Partnership and Special Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing meeting schedules, calendars, and tasks in relation to any collaborations or partnerships. You will report to our Senior Director, Collaborations, Licensing & Special Projects.

We are seeking aninnovative, creative, collabs-obsessed team member tojoin our team. You are passionate about the Roller Rabbit brand and want to support activations that drivebrand awarenessand growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional counterparts, and thrives in afast-pacedsetting that is constantly evolving. You have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and are an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing any meeting materials.
Track all projects ensuring we are meeting deadlines.
Maintain a deep understanding of current initiatives.
Collaborate internally with Marketing, Design, Production, andMerchandising.
Support event setup.
Identify and research prospective partnership and activation opportunities and provide recommendations.
Key Skills:
Ideally 2+ years of experience within marketing, wholesale, and events at a fashion company.
Prior understanding of past activations including but not limited to Love Shack Fancy , by robynblair, Pottery Barn Teen, Pottery Barn Kids, Stony Clover Lane, etc.
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational andcommunication skills.
Coordination/calendar-management experience in afast-paced environment.
Passion for meeting and solving challenges; solution-based thinking.
Timely ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and last-minute shifts.
Excellentcommunication, time management, and organizational skills for deadline-driven projects in afast-paced environment.
Highly passionate about the Roller Rabbit brand.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
