What you’ll do:
As a key member of the Namshi Ad Monetization team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns for key brand accounts. With 2-3 years of experience, you will work closely with brands, media agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and performance
optimization
. Your focus will be on maintaining exceptional

, ensuring flawless execution, accurate record-keeping, data analysis, and overseeing financial aspects throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Campaign Management: Â Oversee the execution of ad campaigns for assigned brand accounts, from planning and strategy to implementation, ensuring everything is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Brand and Internal Team Liaison: Â Act as the primary point of contact for brands and collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns. Maintain clear and continuous
communication
to address any challenges or opportunities.
Attention to Detail
: Â Ensure accurate record-keeping, financial tracking, and reporting for each campaign. Pay close attention to all aspects of execution, including deadlines, budgets, and compliance with Namshi’s processes and standards.
Financial Oversight: Â Work closely with the finance team to ensure all financial aspects of the campaigns, including invoicing and budget tracking, are properly handled and aligned with campaign goals.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in roles involving planning, coordination, and execution within marketing, operations, or
project management

: Â Strong ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping, financial tracking, and overall campaign execution. An eye for detail to ensure the highest quality in all deliverables.
Highly Structured and Organized: Â A methodical approach to managing multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. Must be able to create, follow, and manage processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution.
