Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Retail Associate to join our team. This fully on-site role, will provide you with hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, and sales. You will work directly with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience, promote products, and assist in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, and assist with product selection.
Promote products and services in a friendly and informative manner to drive sales.
Assist with stocking and organising merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
Help with inventory management and ensure products are in stock.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements:
No prior experience required—full training provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work on-site in Manhattan, NY.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
