We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager, responsible for supporting the Owner/Marketing Manager by executing marketing strategies, managing day-to-day marketing activities, creating content, analyzing data, and coordinating campaigns, often focusing on specific marketing channels or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign execution: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels like email, social media, website, and paid advertising.
Content creation: Generate marketing content including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials.
Data analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends and optimize strategies.
Marketing research: Conduct market research to understand target audiences and identify new marketing opportunities.
Social media management: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.
CRM management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant marketing data.
Budget management: Assist in managing marketing budgets for different campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like sales, design, and customer service to align marketing efforts.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular marketing reports to leadership on campaign performance and key metrics.
Required Skills:
Batchelder’s Degree is preferred along with 3-5 years experience.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Helpful Skills: Knowledge of Quick Books, and Customer Service Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.50 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
