Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview
Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Springdale location. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. While experience is beneficial, new graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply. Social media experience is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates must be able to fulfill essential job functions, as listed below.
This position does not offer a remote option.

What to Expect
This position is best suited for an individual who has excellent time management skills as well as strong writing, communication, organizational and graphic skills. The ideal candidate will have a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity, and be able to provide input on marketing strategy, content, layout, schedule, and production of marketing materials. A strong candidate will also have experience managing social media channels to engage audiences, grow brand presence, and support marketing initiatives.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

Specialist in the production of proposal/presentation process: Writing, and/or editing text, design layout, graphics, resumes, schedules, etc.
Manage social media channels, to include planning, creation, and the scheduling of relevant content for marketing purpose.
Ensuring schedules are met and the various aspects of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Create project description sheets, organization charts.
Do local market research when required.
Help maintain company information, materials, and associated marketing databases.
Update and maintain image scanning/data storage of photos and graphics, new marketing materials, and miscellaneous files.
Perform all other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in Marketing, Graphic Design,or communications or related field
Experience in marketing and proposal creation in the AEC industry is highly desired.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Proven experience in social media design and management
