Duties
and responsibilities PLAN digital media for campaigns (brand and media calendar, budgeting, projections, growth) CREATE effective strategies and actionable, PR stories that can make Nestasia stand-out as a destination for home DRIVE brand initiatives with external organizations and execute campaigns EVALUATE / monitor campaign performance COMMUNICATE effectively the brand persona and own all brand

and brand positioning COMMUNITY Building and consumer love, draw consumer insights SOCIAL Media presence and growth including Influencer marketing PARTNER with agencies/brands and carry out product integration and strategic partnerships TRACK market trends and competitor portfolio, trend analysis across consumer behavior, target market, industry scenario RESEARCH new opportunities, white spaces for new product development Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience. Create content for various formats (blogs, articles, website copy, social media, email campaigns, etc.) while maintaining brand voice and consistency. Edit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free, on-brand, and optimized for SEO. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and tools and Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining informative Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content supports campaigns and initiatives. Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference Track and report on all site metrics Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company Work cooperatively with key team members Stay
up-to-date
with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content and meeting deadlines. Track and report on key performance metrics related to content engagement and effectiveness. Oversee the content approval process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure content meets business and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in content writing and brand management, with at least 2 years of experience. Strong
leadership
and team management skills. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills and marketing skills. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment
