Position Overview
We are looking for a  Brand Solutions Manager  to
join our dynamic team
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and delivering exceptional results. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Â Coordinate with internal teams (creative, copy, video, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
Brief Management & Execution Excellence: Â Accurately decode client briefs and execute deliverables to exact specifications while maintaining zero operational escalations through seamless operations and meticulous
attention to detail
Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Â Lead content ideation and create comprehensive content development plans/calendars across various platforms including Meta, Twitter, You Tube, Pinterest, and vernacular social media applications
Research Thinking: Â Conduct thorough research and gather relevant materials to develop interactive and engaging content that meets client objectives
Client Relationship
Management: Â Demonstrate solutioning excellence by maintaining high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), providing proactive responses and solutions, and effectively implementing client feedback
Performance Analysis: Â Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness across key metrics including
community engagement
, traffic, conversations, engagements, leads, and conversions
Tactical Content Creation: Â Develop timely individual topical and moment marketing posts that capitalize on current trends and events relevant to client brands
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in client management, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment
Proven track record
of successful
client relationship
management and project execution
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Twitter, You Tube, Pinterest, etc.) and their best practices.
Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent
communication
and presentation skills
Experience with
project management
tools and analytics platforms
Demonstrate a self-driven attitude and a commitment to
continuous learning
and improvement.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
