Responsibilities
Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print advertising campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing layouts that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
Conduct research and analyze performance metrics to inform design decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Assist in the creation of marketing automation workflows that incorporate compelling visual elements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
Familiarity with HTML is a plus for creating web-based graphics.
Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, including analytics and budgeting for advertising campaigns.
Experience in email marketing design and marketing automation tools is preferred.
Ability to conduct research effectively to support design decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
