Our10-week internship(May 27th – August 1st) is designed for students looking to make full use of their talents through a hands-on work experience. During your internship, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact on our organization. This paid internship is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to unleash their creativity, work in an amazing hybrid-friendly office in South End Charlotte, and learn from the Most Loved Sweet Treat Brand. You’ll also get the chance to contribute to asweetgroup project where you’ll create your very own limited time offer collection!

Krispy Kreme’sBrand Strategy Internwill lead multiple projects designed to drive growth through enhanced content, improved process development, and new door expansion.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Develop go-to-market strategies and briefs for new store openings, market expansions, and more.

Complete a Fundraising program audit with recommended improvements, including creative, web improvements, and partnership opportunities.

Assist with New Store Opening and Market Expansion tasks and execution.

Develop a Local Marketing Playbook and turnkey LSM assets to support local teams.

Gift card research and program development, including a competitive audit.

Merchandising Competitive Audit and Holiday 2025 Recommendation

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

Rising Junior, Senior, or graduate student in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or similar areas of study.

Demonstrated experience in successful project management.

Skill in managing marketing campaign processes.

Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

Strong analytical mindset.

Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail.

Proven ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization.

Ability to interface comfortably and effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, work under tight timelines, and react quickly to take advantage of real-time opportunities.

Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
