The position: The Vice President of Marketing Services will lead our group of agency-inspired services, including graphic design, social media, digital marketing, and reputation management. This role must blend creative vision with strategic leadership, drive growth, adoption and innovation across a suite of cutting-edge marketing services.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic direction, execution, and performance of all marketing service lines.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals across creative, digital, and social functions, ensuring seamless campaign integration and delivery.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, while driving the adoption of best practices and emerging marketing trends.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
Cultivate leadership within departments to drive operational efficiency, create scalable business processes and continuously refine best practices tailored to their teams.
Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing service offerings, improving client satisfaction, and expanding adoption.
Manage complex projects and budgets, ensuring measurable results and alignment with business objectives.
Stay informed on marketing and advertising trends, particularly within the digital and social media landscapes, to drive innovation and growth.
Inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work while fostering professional growth and development.
Utilize strong analytical and decision-making skills to guide strategy and ensure data-driven outcomes.
Push the boundaries of marketing by delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to shape the future of agency-inspired services.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.in.; Experience may substitute for education.
Ten years experience in marketing, including leadership roles managing teams across multiple discipline (creative, digital, social media, etc.)
Five years’ of experience in Property Management or related marketing field.
Certifications in relevant areas like Google Analytics, Digital Marketing (HubSpot, Hootsuite, or AMA), Graphic Design Software (Adobe Suite), or Social Media Strategy are a plus.
Knowledge of strategic marketing principles and service line management to ensure effective execution and performance.
Knowledge of comprehensive marketing strategy development aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
Knowledge of marketing and advertising trends, particularly in digital and social media landscapes, to drive innovation and growth.
Knowledge of innovative marketing solutions that drive business growth and align with organizational success.
Skilled in marketing disciplines such as digital marketing, creative services, social/reputation, brand management, and agency operations.
Skilled in leading and mentoring teams across creative, digital, and social functions to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Skilled in creating scalable processes and optimizing workflows to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Skilled in managing complex projects and budgets while delivering measurable results aligned with business objectives.
Skilled in analytical thinking and decision-making to guide strategy and ensure data-driven outcomes.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to shape the future of agency-inspired marketing services.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices three or four days per week based on managers’ discretion.
The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
Overnight travel may be required monthly
