Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamicBrand Trainer Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury skincare and wellness, with experience in brand training, client relationship management, and social media collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct brand training sessions for spas, 5-star hotels, and resorts , ensuring staff understand product benefits and usage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
following up on orders and addressing their needs .
Work closely with the social media team to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve training programs.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by creating compelling presentations and training materials.
Requirements:
Prior experience in brand training, hospitality, skincare, or luxury wellness industries preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and collaborate across different teams.
Passion for brand growth, client engagement, and digital marketing .

Salary :
Between 3,60,000 – 5,40,000 per year
