Position: Employer Branding & Social Media Coordinator

Location: Boksburg

Attend Employer Branding activities, job fairs, and recruitment events

Creation and deployment of artwork and messaging for several projects

Support, help create, and manage the Employer Branding calendars for the year

Drive efficient ways of working with system support within the area

Monitor and respond to the Service Portal tickets for Employer Branding & Social media

Drive the Employer Branding Onboarding projects

Support, coordinate, and administer internal and external events, campaigns, and people communications

Drive the distribution of Employer Branding initiatives and work closely with the Distribution Centre

Continuously improve processes and ways of working

Knowledge and experience

Graduate qualification required in Communications, Marketing, or similar relevant field.

Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement

Should be familiar with common publishing/editorial tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva)

Personality

Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively via email

Excellent customer service skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude

Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation and service mindset

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet conflicting deadlines

High integrity and ethical standards

A ‘Dare to think New’ personality trait is highly recommended
